Pravasachi Bhaji

pravasachi bhaji
onion - long
batata - long and slim
fry onion in oil (5 tsp).. add batata.. salt, red chilly powder, garam masala (dharwad style), haldi.. on low flame...coriander leaves.. little water so the curry doesn't stick...
